About the role

Because of their immense growth in cloud offerings, an exciting opportunity has come up in one of their cloud services team. They are looking for experienced Storage and Backup Engineer in Brisbane to further strengthen their business operation. The successful candidate will need to have the following technical skills:

• Excellent knowledge in Storage Technologies and hands on experience on Enterprise-class Storage from EMC, HDS, IBM Storage and Dell Compellent.
• Fiber switches/Directors from Cisco, Brocade (Zoning / VSAN / ISL setup)
• LUN Management, Monitoring and Replication. Hands-on with Multipath/PowerPath and MPIO, Snapview/ Snapclone, Metro-Mirror and Global Mirror
• Good experience in provisioning and supporting storage for Virtual Environment, Windows, UNIX / Linux, Business Applications and Databases.

Responsibilities

• Managing EMC VMAX, EMC VNX, HDS VSP, USPV, Dell Compellent and IBM storage.
• Manage and develop processes for the Storage environment, design innovative solutions, deploy, manage, work on system integration with the help of OEM, analyze and improve end-user experience.

We are looking for engineer ideally with 5 - 8 years' experience with experience working in Storage and Backup.
