Specialise in first level over the phone and remote IT support for internal clients across Australia. Work in a social environment as part of a collaborative team of IT professionals reporting in to the Team Leader. Diagnosing, troubleshooting and escalating technical issues will be the main source of work. Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/7, Active Directory, MS Exchange is required.
You will be a social and outgoing individual with a passion for Microsoft Technologies. You will pride yourself on your customer service skills and demonstrate an outstanding ability to articulate and communicate technical issues with internal clients in order to find a resolution.
